Pocono Billiard Supplies offers the following Returns Policy: You may return most undamaged merchandise for a full refund less shipping/handling fees within 30 days of order placement (subject to category exceptions*). All returns are subject to Customer Service pre-approval.

If an item is returned to us after 30 days, we reserve the right to keep the item, and as per our return policy stated herein, a refund/credit cannot be issued, and you will be notified of such. All return merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that the manufacturer sent with the merchandise.

Once a cue has been chalked it can not be returned.

Returns must be sent PREPAID within 30 days of the date ordered. Regular ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States takes any where from 3 to 7 business days. Time in transit quotes and scheduled delivery dates can be located at the UPS web site once you receive confirmation of shipment and a tracking number has been issued.

Pocono Billiard Supplies offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.00. This offer is for ground service to the 48 contiguous United States using UPS. Sorry but currently we do not ship Internationaly.

Do to the increasing number of fraudulent credit card purchases we have been forced to change our shipping policy. Any orders over $50 must now be shipped to the address that the credit card company has for the card holder. This has been done to protect us from chargebacks and to help protect the consumer.
